Robert did an amazing job on our carpet and area rugs. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable when answering my questions. He was able to get out the stains and smells our small dog (and kids) had left on our carpet. I will be recommending Robert to anyone that needs to have cleaning services done. Lisa and son, Bob, cleaned my carpets today. They hadn't been professionally done for years. They got up long-term stains that I didn't know if they could. Both were very helpful and very nice.
